What is WDT, and why does stirring dry coffee grounds improve a shot?
WDT stands for Weiss Distribution Technique, and it means stirring the loose grounds in the basket with a thin needle tool before tamping, breaking up the small clumps that grinding on its own leaves behind. How do I know if my grinder is actually the problem?
