The most useful message you can send is a correction. If a time, a temperature or a specification on this site is wrong, cite a source and we will check it against ours and change the page. That is worth more to us than praise and considerably more than a link request.
We also answer questions about which machine suits a specific job, though the honest answer is often that the difference between two options matters less than the buying order, which is what the setups pages are for.

What we cannot help with
- Diagnosing whether a specific piece of food in your fridge is safe to eat. We are not in a position to judge that and neither is any website. Follow the published USDA guidance, and when in doubt, discard it.
- Warranty and repair questions for a specific machine. The manufacturer holds your serial number and your purchase record, and they will resolve it faster than we can.
- Guest posts and link exchanges. Every page here is written in house. If you represent a brand and want to discuss something substantive, the partner page is the right door.
Response times
This is a small operation, so a reply can take a few days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else, because a wrong number sitting on a food safety page is the thing most worth fixing quickly.
